    -       Describe the components of the TNM staging system and explain how tumor stage influences colorectal cancer prognosis and treatment planning.

    -       Explain the role of immunotherapy in the treatment of microsatellite instability-high (MSI-High) and mismatch repair deficient (MMRd) cancers, including mechanisms of action and approved therapeutic approaches

    -       Summarize current guideline recommendations for the management of Stage II and Stage III colorectal cancer, including considerations for surgery, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy when applicable.

    Pharmacy Technician Objectives:

    o   Identify the basic components of the TNM staging system used to classify colorectal cancer severity and progression.

    o   Define neonatal hypotension and identify common indicators of perfusion beyond blood pressure (e.g., urine output, capillary refill, lactate).

    o   Describe the normal transition from intrauterine to extrauterine life and recognize factors that may lead to hemodynamic instability in neonates.
