Before nominating yourself or a colleague for the House of Delegates (HOD), please review the requirements of serving as a delegate for your state:

1. All delegates must have an active ASHP membership throughout the entire term of 2026.
2. State delegates are not able to serve as a delegate for any other groups represented in the HOD.
3. Delegates are expected to participate in conferences throughout the year. Please review these key dates for availability:
