Objectives:

• ·         Define anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) associated vasculitis (AAV) and its classification into three main types: microscopic polyangiitis, granulomatosis with polyangiitis, and eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis ​
• ·         Explain the epidemiology, diagnosis, and clinical manifestations of AAV​
• ·         Describe current treatment approaches for AAV including induction therapy, remission maintenance, and relapse management ​
• ·         Discuss the recent literature for emerging therapies in AAV

Georgia Society of Health-System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Participants of the session who complete the evaluation and provide accurate NABP e-Profile information will have their credit for 1 contact hour (0.1 CEU) submitted to CPE Monitor as early as 1 day after the event and no later than 60 days after the event.  The participant is accountable for verifying the accurate posting of CE credit to their CPE Monitor account within 60 days.
