  use this rate if you are not a pharmacist, technician or student
• Friend of GSHP-full registration – $300.00
  use this rate if you are not a pharmacist, technician or student
• Industry representative-extra with booth payment – $135.00
  Two registrations come with the booth. Use this registration to pay for additional participants.
  
  If you do not have an exhibit booth and are with industry and wish to attend, you should register as either a pharmacists GSHP member or pharmacist GSHP non-member
