Apprenticeship-style Precepting: Cultivating Mastery in the Clinical Environment

-Describe the importance/advantage of using educational frameworks to design effective learning experiences

-Describe key components of each domain of the Cognitive Apprenticeship model

-Characterize how current rotational activities align with the cognitive apprenticeship model

-Cultivate new ideas for resident development based on the cognitive apprenticeship model.
