GSHP Room Rate is $185 per night.

Hotel reservation link is provided in your registration confirmation email.

Note: If you have to cancel-DON'T cancel your room directly with the hotel.  See below

Fall meeting cancellation policy

A full refund will be granted for email refund requests received by September 10 AND you notify the GSHP office to cancel your hotel room with Brasstown Resort (ie-you do not cancel your room directly).  This give us the opportunity to allow another GSHP member to use your room reservation.  If you notify us by September 1 but you have already cancelled your room reservation directly with the hotel, there will be a $75 fee for your cancellation.

From September 10 to October 1, a $75 administrative fee will be deducted from the registration fee provided you notify the GSHP office to cancel your hotel room with Brasstown Resort (ie-you do not cancel your room directly).  This give us the opportunity to allow another GSHP member to use your room reservation.  If you notify us between September 10 and October 1 to cancel your registration, but you have already cancelled your room reservation directly with the hotel, there will be a $100 fee for your cancellation.

After October 1, there will be NO refunds for cancellations.
