GSHP Mentor-Mentee Program
The GSHP Mentor-Mentee Program is designed to foster meaningful professional relationships that support personal growth, career development, and long-term engagement within health-system pharmacy. Through this program, experienced professionals share their knowledge, perspective, and guidance with students, residents, technicians, and early-career practitioners seeking support as they navigate their professional journey.
The program pairs mentors and mentees for a one-year term, creating opportunities for networking, professional development, and ongoing connection within the pharmacy community. While many mentors are pharmacists practicing in health-system settings, experienced pharmacy technicians may also serve as mentors when appropriate.

Mentor Qualifications

Program Participation
GSHP strives to create meaningful mentor–mentee matches that support the goals and interests of each participant. While every effort is made to accommodate all applicants, mentor availability may vary from year to year.
Mentor and Mentee assignments are shared annually.
