Objectives for Pharmacists

• •       Discuss epidemiology and pathophysiology of Alzheimer's Disease
• •       Classify common signs and symptoms of Alzheimer’s Disease
• •       Assess potential targets for treatment options and how their mechanisms can be used for future treatment of Alzheimer’s disease
• •      Analyze clinical evidence for various treatment options and decide when to initiate approved therapies

• •       Discuss epidemiology and pathophysiology of Alzheimer's Disease
• •       Recognize signs and symptoms of Alzheimer’s Disease
• •       Identify potential targets for treatment options

Georgia Society of Health-System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Participants of the session who complete the evaluation and provide accurate NABP e-Profile information will have their credit for 1 contact hour (0.1 CEU) submitted to CPE Monitor as early as 1 day after the event and no later than 60 days after the event.  The participant is accountable for verifying the accurate posting of CE credit to their CPE Monitor account within 60 days.
